Hello out there to you who may be reading this. I just want to say thank you.

Throughout the next months, I plan to build my writer’s platform by first adding credibility through my past education and writing experiences. Therefore, you may see a sporadic amount of blogs similar to the ones I’ve posted the first week of July 2025. This will slow down and even out as I get everything situated with my website.

I’m not sure yet where this entire journey is headed, nor do I have everything figured out yet. However, I have a few current goals that I do plan on achieving or at least plan to pour my blood, sweat, and tears into:

First, I’ve been working on my debut novel which I hope by the grace of the universe I can get published somehow and someway. I currently have the first draft complete as well as several revisions. I will still be revising it in the coming week(s) before reaching out to potential literary agents.

Second, I plan to reach out to literary agents in hopes of representation and getting my book published. I don’t expect much, and I will do my best to make the work as easy as possible for them while striving to give them and my potential future readers something unique to read.

Third, and this corresponds with the last two goals, I hope to build my writing presence online. When I was younger, I was highly social and obsessed with meeting new people, making new friends and connections, and learning everything there was about the world. However, that took a dive the last few years due to…well…life. But I want to get back to the old social me. And thus, here we are.

There will be more goals as time progresses, but I’m going to focus all my energy on the first ones to start building up some momentum, experience, and credibility with you and our fellow community of readers and writers.

If you made it through the whole article, thank you. And thank you again for all your support! It means the world to me.

Cheers,

Paul
